This country house overlooks the South Downs, with elegant interiors.

This handsome house overlooks the South Downs and has only one arcadian folly. It was built by Humphrey Deane in 1936. Christopher Hussey wrote a 1942 description. Country Informatione magazine as a ‘Modern house in the Georgian manner’. The house was home to only two families before its current owners purchased it for their own use.
