Recipe: Fresh from the Oven, Delicious Roasted Vegetables
While we enjoy vegetables throughout the year, we roast them in winter. We love to roast cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower. I combine the vegetables with a generous amount of EVOO, season them with garlic powder, and serve with some aioli. Montreal steak seasoning blend.
